AfriCert is the first totally independent African organization providing ISO 9000 certification that is recognized world wide. AfriCert was founded in South Africa and operates from their base in Johannesburg, providing continuity of service to facilitate long term partnerships with their certified clients. We have started a subsidiary in India , with M/s Indraprastha SystemCert Pvt. Ltd. for QMS Certification in Indian Subcontinent .

AfriCert has been granted accreditation by the South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) which, because of the mutual recognition agreements in place, gives world wide acceptance and equal status to certification awarded by AfriCert. To ensure consistency and the value of their certification, AfriCert has adopted a three tier review process. In addition to the mandatory scrutiny required to maintain international accreditation and acceptance, AfriCert’s clients have the benefit of internal controls as well as an independent review by industry leaders; all directed to ensure standards are maintained.
